Terms and Conditions

Reservations are usually made Saturday to Saturday ( change over day ).

If you prefer to speak to us, we will be available to take your call from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

Rental Rules

Smoking
This is a NON SMOKING property.

Pets
Pets are not permitted in apartment under any conditions.

Liability
We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained during the holiday to any guest or member of the party or any invited person.It is the guests responsibility to take adequate travel insurance and cover for the duration of your holiday.
We do not provide holiday insurance and strongly recommend that you arrange your own.

Arrivals/Departures
To facilitate thorough cleaning and inspections, our apartment is available from 4:00pm on arrival day and up to 10:00am on departure day.

Keys/Security
A code for the key box will be emailed prior to your departure along with an emergency contact number with our property management company and a code for the ski locker.

Security/Reservation Deposit/Cancellation policy

A security deposit of £300/400 euros is required at time of booking to be paid within 5 days of booking the property.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation outside 12 weeks of booking date this will result in a loss of the deposit.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation within 12 weeks this will result in a loss of the full holiday cost.
The full holiday balance ( excluding the security deposit ) is due 6 weeks before Travel.

A booking confirmation will be forwarded once the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation will only take effect upon receipt of the written notification.

We will undertake to issue you with a cancellation invoice for you to provide to your insurers to assist you in claiming back costs.

This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.

The deposit is NOT applied towards the rent, however it is fully refundable 7 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

  • No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • No charges are incurred due to illegal activity.
  • All debris, rubbish and discard are placed in rubbish bin and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
  • All keys are left in the key box.
  • No linens are lost or damaged.
  • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
  • No early arrivals or late departures ( unless authorised )

Housekeeping

While linens and towels are provided in the apartment, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
All beds will be made on arrival and end of stay clean included in the price on departure.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is limited to six ( 6) persons.

Inclusive Fees

No additional charges are made for electricity, gas or water used. This is included in the cost of your holiday.
Tourist tax is also included.

Complaints

Any complaint should be directed to us during your stay so that an immediate rectification can be provided. No compensation will be considered for complaints raised after departure and in the situation whereby the guests have denied the owners the opportunity of exploring the complaint or being able to remedy matters.

Falsified Booking

Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

Written Exceptions

Any exceptions to the policies mentioned above must be approved in writing in advance.
