Both apartments are only minutes away from each other so ideal for a group booking or two families.
Saturday Change Overs.
7 Nights minimum stay.
**Please note that due to Christmas 2021 falling on a Saturday, change overs over the Festive period and early January are a Sunday**

All guests will be required to register their details, which are kept securely.
You will receive a booking confirmation email from us once payment has been confirmed.
To confirm your booking a non refundable deposit of £150 is required.
Our Covid Policy also allows the deposit to be amended to another date if for any reason you are unable to travel. Please visit our Info Page to read our Covid Secure Policy.
The rest of the balance is due 28 days before your rental hire.
For last minute bookings the full rental fee is due.
Terms and Conditions
Smoking: This is a NON SMOKING property.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in apartment under any conditions.
Insurance: The homeowner assumes no responsibility for any illness or injury that may incur in the property. It is the guest’s responsibility to take adequate travel insurance and cover for the duration of your holiday.
Arrivals/Departures: Check in 4pm check out 10.30am ( Early Check Ins and Late Check Outs on request )
Keys/Security: A code for the key box will be emailed prior to your departure along with an emergency contact number with our property management company and a code for the ski locker.
Security/Reservation Deposit/Cancellation policy
A security deposit of £200 is required at time of booking.
This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.
We advise all guests to purchase Covid insurance for holiday cancellation
If the FO advice does not allow guests to travel to France due to Covid 19 restrictions then we will offer a free amendment to another date in the first instance. If a suitable alternative is not found then we will authorise a free cancellation of the deposit outside 6 weeks.
In the event of a guest curtailing their holiday due to Covid 19 within the 6 week period when the balance has been paid we will refund the holiday deposit, however the balance will need to be claimed off holiday insurance or we will transfer the funds to an alternative date. We will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
The deposit is NOT applied towards the rent, however it is fully refundable 7 days of departure, provided the following previsions are met.
- No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No charges are incurred due to illegal activity.
- All debris, rubbish and discard are placed in rubbish bin and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
- All keys are left in the key box.
- No linens are lost or damaged.
- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law inforcement.
- No early arrivals or late departures (unless authorised)
While linens and towels are provided in the apartment, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
All beds will be made on arrival.
The rental fee includes housekeeping at the end of your stay.
The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons Notre Reve, four (4) persons Notre Bijou
The rental cost is fully inclusive of all service charges and tourist tax.
Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Any exceptions to the policies mentioned above must be approved in writing in advance.
